  Great, amazing food. Service was sub-par. Slow service lost our order and was slow/mixed up drinks / forgot. Thankfully food was great. It tasted fresh, was warm and flavors amazing. Would probably go again when out at beach again.

  Staff saw as coming slowly up the steps (with my elderly mother) and had the door open for us to welcome us. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. They were thoroughly enjoying themselves back in the kitchen and with is. Very attentive to our needs. Complimentary fresh chips and salsa and then refilled it. Reasonably priced. So authentic. THANK YOU ALL...look forward to our next visit already.

  We have been to Chachalacas Regina Beach about 7 times now since summer of 2016 and every time the food impresses us. At times the staff & the kitchen can be overwhelmed but always are friendly and apologetic if things are taking too long. When your dinner is made from scratch it will naturally take longer because the kitchen isn't a production line like the faster places we all have become accustomed to. Every item we have tried on their menu has been delicious and authentic. It's well worth a visit to this gem of a restaurant, just take your time and don't expect it to be the same as everywhere else. Definitely a unique Mexican experience.
